Seychelles 907 is a lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This beachfront Panama City Beach vacation rental has one bedroom but sleeps up to six people comfortably. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, and in the hallway, you will find twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With two bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone to vacation comfortably. What better way to spend your morning than sitting on your private balcony overlooking the community pool and the gorgeous beaches of Panama City Beach

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. An additional option available is the Coastal Standards Parking Lot – Located around the corner (not on site, but a 2–4-minute walk to Seychelles) (5004 Thomas Drive). The rate is $20 per day. City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice).
**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice).
These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive
and 600 Henley Circle.

    The location is great, and the views are amazing!The downside is the condo really needs updated. Furniture was worn and there was no ice maker in the fridge, just 3 trays that you had to refill. Also, the outlets in the extra bath and outside on the balcony did not work, which was very inconvenient, and the front doors deadbolt was broke, which was a safety concern. Lastly, it could have been cleaner, but I know the house keepers only have a few hours to turn it around for the next guests.

    This property was very atrocious. Mold in the window ,mold on the bedroom pillows ,ice box dirty the master bath room tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all . There was hair and dust everywhere in the rooms. I do not recommend anyone renting this disgusting condo !!!!!

    We will certainly be renting this unit again! It had everything we needed (including a box fan in the closet) and we loved the community closet that carried beach floats, toys, chairs, umbrella’s etc. We flew down to PCB, so all of this was literally the best conveniences we could’ve asked for! It was clean and cozy!

    Easy booking, received texts 1 day prior with room , gate ,parking deck codes. The biggest plus was Schooners restaurant next door. It had access from beach and food was excellent. Prices normal for vacation beach restaurant. At lunch every day. Highly recommend crab claws , jumbo, grouper basket.
