A beautiful and rare, 5-star, luxury single family home located directly on

the Sierra Star golf course. This is one of the few homes in Mammoth that is

available for nightly rental! Watch the golfers and enjoy gorgeous mountain

views while relaxing in your very own private hot tub. This two-story gem in

the Gray Stone community features rustic mountain décor and top notch

amenities, including custom countertops, wood flooring, attached 2-car garager>
and laundry room with washer and dryer!



The spacious living room features designer furniture, a flatscreen TV, custom

stone fireplace and mantel set before a large wrap around outdoor deck with

private gas grill and patio heaters. The dining room seats up to eight, and

leads into a full kitchen, equipped with a bar area, wine cooler, farmhouse

sink, and modern stainless steel appliances.



The master bedroom has a King bed, beautiful gas fireplace with mantle,

flatscreen TV, two walk-in closets, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity,

shower and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin on the

top and Full on the bottom, and shares a half bath right outside the bedroom

door.



The downstairs entertainment area den features a large flatscreen TV, gas

fireplace, comfy sectional sofa for relaxing, fuseball table, and is

surrounded by three additional bedrooms. The third bedroom features a Queen

bed, as well as bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Full on the bottom, and

en-suite bathroom with dual vanity. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and en-

suite bathroom, while the fifth, and final, bedroom offers a Queen bed also

with en-suite bathroom.



The home is well equipped with modern technology featuring a Sonos system

throughout, sound bars on all TVs and cable TV. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 14 people,

there are 4 stairs to the house, 2 levels inside, enough parking for 6

vehicles (2 in private garage) and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our

    Everything about this rental experience was easy and positive. From check in to check out. Mammoth Reservations does a great job. And the house itself is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Furniture is comfortable. And the location is great.

    I rented this house for a long weekend with a group of 10 friends. The living areas up and downstairs were spacious and provided a great space to hangout together, but the house was also roomy with enough bedrooms and spaces that we were never on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware etc, everything was clean and updated, the private jacuzzi was amazing, and the back deck overlooking the golf course was beautiful and private.There were plenty of games and it’s an easy walk to the village!

    We had a wonderful stay at this home with another family. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and the home had more than enough room for everyone. The kids could play in the downstairs den while the grown-ups enjoyed the beautiful views from the second floor living room. The home was the perfect base for getting outdoors in Mammoth. We enjoyed splashing around in Lake Mary, hikes, and bike/scooter rides around the neighborhood, all while staying socially distant from others. The home was well-appointed, though the kitchen needs a few more tools, updated pots/pans, but this didn't interfere with our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here.

    Them rental company was wonderful!! Well knowledge of the property. Easy to work with. Responsive to questions. Excellent customer service. They really care about their clients. THIS HOUSE!! WOW!! AMAZING!!! I will definitely stay here again.. Beautifully maintained. Very very clean and well stocked with basics. Really comfortable beds and nice linens. Very homey and comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Downstairs is a perfect area for the kids. Sitting outside on the balcony, overlooking the golf course was my favorite spot!

    We loved our late spring stay at this beautiful home. Mammoth reservations were prompt and pain attention to us. Five stars for this fat pad however the kitchen lacked a few basics.

    House was modern, plenty of space, clean, great amenities, lots of supplies in the kitchen with a great deck and hot tub, and garage parking. (could use some deck furniture, but not a big deal)

    The house was great! It was clean and very comfortable for our group of friends! The only thing I would ask for is a few sharper knives in the kitchen.
