Grandview East #703 | Beachfront Views + Pool & Gym!

Overall we had a great time during our stay and the condo had everything we needed. No amenities were missing and the beach view was beautiful.

Check-in was troublesome, as we were not given an updated code after paying extra for early check in and late check out. Code provided didn’t work as it was created for 4:00 check-in, not 1:00 early check in. Spent 15 minutes in the straight sun trying to get this rectified. Once inside, we were unable to adjust the AC bc it was code controlled by owner. After much effort and aggravation, code was removed so we had ability to adjust air to our needs. Also, the dead frog in master was not appealing at all. This was our 2nd stay here and we will not return.

Good location and nice property. I’ve traveled the world though and have never experienced a 9:00am check out.

Would have been great accommodations if the A/C had worked and we hadn't needed to kill15 roaches. A terrible night of sleep prior to a funeral of family member. Management facilitated a move and credited us about 8% of the expense (including their additional fees) we'd spent for 3 nights. Dickered with us over additional towels needed in the replacement unit.

The condo was perfectly as described. Super clean, plenty of towels and linens, cutely decorated, great view and location! We absolutely loved our stay. Not to mention the primary bed mattress is incredible!!! I want it for my own house! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had to move out vacation from a different part of Florida to this location and it was wonderful! The check in was fast and easy. The views from the condo were amazing and the location for us was great! It fit our family 10 just right.

Floors need attention. Baby’s clothing became black when we put him down in walker right after we got there

Stayed for my 26th birthday and the condo was a great experience! The location was AMAZING! The condo was RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! Lots of beds and TVs. Plenty of dishes, silverware, beds, and towels! The “check in” process was amazing! Loved how we didn’t have to formally check in and were able to just use the codes to go in and out! The only downfall was that there weren’t enough toilet paper or paper towels for our stay and there weren’t any cleaning products to use when we needed/wanted to clean. We flew in from Texas so we didn’t think we needed to pack any of that. But the stay was such a great time!!!! Would definitely come back!

It was a great, clean, spacious place to stay!

We absolutely LOVED our time at GVE! What a beautiful condo, easy to get places, and I loved seeing the workers mopping 24/7! They were so sweet too!

We stayed for two nights here and it fit the description to the T. Inside the unit was clean and spacious. The view of the water was perfect. The pool is small but we knew this before from the pictures. It didn’t matter to us because we used the awesome beach access. Now for parking. Parking is across the street. You can unload and load (15 minutes) right at the lobby entrance. They have 3 lots but they seem to be full late at night. I would definitely recommend.

Need to make renters aware they’ll only receive one roll of toilet paper & paper towels no matter how many people are staying bc that sure didn’t work out well for 9 people

We stayed here for a week, and it truly was great. The first night our smoke alarms were going off, and we contacted Southern Vacation Rentals. They quickly identified the problem and had maintenance out the next day. The property was very clean, plenty of blankets, and space for me and my family. The only complaint I would have is the ceiling fan in the living room was extremely loud when we ran it. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future.

Very nice condo. Easy check in and out. No wristbands to mess with. Parking is across the street but had no problems coming and going. Master bedroom and bathroom were huge! Other 2 bedrooms were comfortable. All onsite appliances and furnishings were adequate.
