Grandview East 3 Bedroom 2 Bath 3rd floor, Newly listed will book fast!!

The condo was really nice. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Location was really nice, however unloading area was small and a little crowded. Note to future visitors, luggage carts are on the 1st floor, not the parking level. Host replied to questions within a reasonable amount of time. Definitely topping our “stay at again” list.

Did call number on check in paper to talk about a situation that I wanted to address but did not get a reply back. Dishwasher was not working as well and had standing water which had a bad odor. Housekeeper should have saw this if she was doing her job. I would definitely stay here again.

The door coming into the had a broken door closer and I emailed the email that I was provided, I also left a voice mail the first day about the screen door from the balcony to master suite, it had three large holes in it. The floor had not been cleaned, there was sand all over the floor, we cleaned it up. Kitchen, Wi-Fi and check in was great.

Upon arrival, we noticed a couple of maintenance needs; reported them the next morning; and the rental company was there first thing Monday morning to address. Quickest response ever! Need to update living room photo - to our delight there was a sectional that provided much more seating. Dated decor and needs a few upgrades but it didn't affect our stay.

Nice place but could use some improvements. There was no large cooking pot, only 2 small saucepans. Luckily they brought us one the first evening. The curtains in the master bedroom fell the first morning when I tried to open them, they were being held up by duct tape. When maintenance came to fix it they put up regular sheers that did not block the sunlight at all. The other 2 bedrooms didn’t have curtains at all and only blinds. The tile in the walkway between the kitchen and dining area is all broken up and they just have it covered with a rug. That definitely needs to be repaired properly. The door lock is crazy. You have to turn it in a specific way for it to unlock. Should just be able to put the code in and it unlocks like normal locks do. Overall I would book with this property manager again but not this host.

We enjoyed staying at Grandview! The condo was the perfect place for the group. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The beach was great and not crowded. Will definitely be back!!

The condo was nice. The floor was dirty with stains also the carpet in master bedroom had some too. Sofa not comfortable. Having to park across the street was inconvenient when we had to bring groceries in. Otherwise the stay was nice and the view was great!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful view from the balcony! Everything was easy! Loved the wheelchair accessible ramp to the beach, as our daughter uses a walker!

Past experiences have been that there are extra things like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, clean sheets, extra blankets, beach towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters. None of that was provided. As an example, each bathroom had one roll of toilet paper and there were no extra rolls anywhere in the unit.

Location was perfect, the view (sunsets) were stunning! I traveled with 5- 18 year old boys & there was plenty to keep them entertained

Accurate description of property

This condo was perfect! Clean and spacious, location was perfect, we will definitely stay again!

Only complaint is was having to park across the street when there was plenty of parking under the building. Had I known before I booked it that we had to park across the street I would have found something different. You should let the people know before booking

This was my first time booking through VRBO. Let me tell you this stay was fantastic. The place was cleaned and above my expectations. Right off the shoreline and waking up to the waves every morning off the balcony was gorgeous. My only thing would be regarding every day necessities such as more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags being provided instead of one roll in each bathroom and one garbage bag for the week. That was the only expense to come out of my pocket to ensure that those necessities are provided. We are definitely looking to booking again with this place next year.

The pool was kind of small but loved the easy beach access

My impression on the condo was good. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again for sure. The only issues I had were small. Like new pots and pan are needed. And the floor could have been a little cleaner but with sand I know it’s hard. It was a great vacation. We loved it!

Drawers was broken and off track. The floors wasn’t clean. Under the couch was a wow do they ever move the couches and sweep. It was nasty!the throw pillows on one of the beds was nasty dirty. I would never stay in this condo again.
