    The condo was spotless, modern and perfect. I highly recommend it. The only challenge is that you have to drag your bags up and down many sets of stairs in an altitude that your body may not be used to. That proved challenging for me.

    Brief spring ski weekend with dad and daughter to Breck, and the accommodations were better than expected. Modern, fresh, clean, and thoughtful. We appreciated the provided humidifiers and USB Qi chargers. Kitchen was very well appointed although we mostly went to town after 4. Very quiet, never heard a neighbor. Short hike downhill (from the upper lot) to the 4 o-clock run was very convenient. Hope to stay here next year when it's time to ski again!

    My family had a great time during our ski vacation at this property on Grandview Dr. The location was very convenient to Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski resort. We were able to ski/walk to an entrance to the Lower 4 O'Clock Run and ski down to the SnowFlake Lift and ride it up to the trails of Peak 8. When we were done skiing for the day, we were able to ski back down to the entrance to the road to the property and make a short walk back to the condo. The condo had a great view of the town below; beautiful views at night. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. We cooked several meals there and also made the short drive into town a few nights for dinner. Our boys (22 and 19) said it was a great find. Check in and check out was very convenient. They texted us to tell us that the condo was ready early. That was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this property. Thanks.
