Grand Panama Beach Resort - The Grand #201 - Sunny Shores

The condo was a great space. Lots of room. Amazing views. There were some pretty big pain points though. Checkout at 9am seems absurd. The space is large. Getting 6 kids up, packed, showered and the condo cleaned in time was rough. They charge an excessive amount for any early or late check-ins or checkouts. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags and zero condiments or anything. I have stayed in many vacation rentals around the world and have never had to buy every little thing for a 5 day stay. It is wasteful and frustrating. The cleaning people aslo showed up at 835 and were trying to get in when we were trying to pack up.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and will defiantly book another trip.

We have stayed at the Grand Panama a couple times and both experiences were very good. If you are looking to travel with a small animal this is a great choice!

Unit and property was very clean.

Checkin was easy. Elevator issues were not yet present as they were during visit and especially at checkout time. Other things might affect future guests:Bring your own K cup coffee makerHalf of Toaster elements don’t heat/toadtI supplied a 3 way bulb in living room but blinking may occur.Bedroom lighting is not suitable for readingMaster Bedroom TV is not a smart TVBring your own pancake griddleNo digital clocks anywhere except for microwave Second bathroom shower/tub is very slipperyPackages are accepted at the office but mail may noy get to you.The view is great. There is a handicap parking spot right outside your window, if you need it but it goes fast. We would not need a unit this big again.

I wish it was more “flyer friendly.” There was not enough toilet tissue, dishwasher pods, paper towels, no salt/ pepper, trash liners. We had to go out and buy all of this and then just had to leave it as we were flying. The pool was closed 3 afternoons during our week stay which was disappointing. Overall, a nice resort!

This our second time staying here and we very much enjoyed our stay once again.

The condo was on the second floor which made things really easy with kids. Condo was clean and comfortable.

It was great to be so close to the pool, beach, and the designated pet area. We didn't have to take the elevators except to load and unload our luggage. Amazing views, great tiki bar, and very clean. We will stay again.

The condo was clean and right in front of the pool which made it easy to allow my teenage niece and nephew to be in the pool without me being down there but I could keep an eye on them. It’s in a great location also.
