Grand Panama 808 - Beachfront - Heated Pool, Hot tub, Private Beach, Free Golf

The elevators took a long long time and there needs to be more luggage racks available but everything else was fabulous. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Our kids loved it also. We had a great time.

The location was perfect for my family. The management company provides bare minimum supplies and there are no spices or oil spray, but WalMart is just a few minutes away so anything we needed was easy to get.

I highly recommend this property.

I would rate the stay as a 3 and the reason for that is because the toilets were very nasty when we arrived, we had to clean them. There was hair in the tub and the shower. The dishwasher did not work well. The plug in the first bedroom closest to the front door does not work properly meaning the top outlet does not work. The patio was dirty. There were spider webs in the bedrooms. The ac is very loud. The plus was the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The condo was quite for the most part.

Where do I begin? Bring your own towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Poor communication and lack of concern for quests. Had to kick the cleaning lady out because she was still cleaning and no warning for a late check in if the room were not going to be ready. $159 cleaning fee for what? There were no trash bags, paper towels for spills and we were left with 4 “clean” towels between 5 people. Still waiting for them to be brought to our room. I would looK elsewhere for your vacation needs in PCB. Overall, very unhappy from the get go and never hearing back from management or housekeeping for our towel requests. Been using VRBO for quite some time now and this is definitely our worst experience. The weather was nice though.

We loved this building and unit. Beach access was great, the pools were great (though we were unlucky and it was a bit too cold to swim much). The unit was clean and comfortable. My only downside of the entire experience is the elevator situation at the building (obviously not the fault of the condo owners). It often too 5-10 mins during the day to get an elevator that wasn’t packed full. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back!

Needs more cook wear, only one tiny sauce pan. Otherwise great!!

I thought with Covid 19 going on the rental would have been cleaner and a sign showing that it has been disinfected. Also didn't like the surprise of the maintenance man just showing up to replace washer. We never got notice of this

The property was great, parking was a little difficult at first. The only real complaint we had was the floors were not very clean, as in walking on them for a few minutes your feet were black, most definitely could be cleaned more efficiently. Upon arrival there also were no batteries in any of the remotes or cords to attach to the DVD players. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our stay, enjoyed time with our family on the beach.

Not a good experience. Furniture old and worn. Master bath was dirty looking. Kitchen sink leaked. Kitchen very poorly stocked. The pictures made it looked a lot bigger than it actually was. TV's were not working right. Needed a new coat of paint. Parking garage was awful!!! Would never stay here again. I have stayed in many condos at PCB and have never had a complaint.
