Stayed Oct 7, 2023I loved the condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the room, carts to take our belongings up the elevator to the room, beach access literally across the street. We didnt hear outside noise or other guests and there was construction going on across the road, we didnt hear anything...I would love to stay here again. My ONLY issue was the parking. It says you get one free parking pass, I didnt see where it specifies you ONLY get the ONE parking spot. I think it should be better pointed out in the descriptions...in bold letters so its not missed. If you have 2 vehicles you have to park it somewhere else, you have to find public parking and pay for it, the closest is 2 miles up the road and $25 per night. Besides that...I have zero complaints.

Stayed Aug 28, 2023Exterior of the property is a little dated, but overall, very nice and comfortable. My only complaints were that the pillows were lacking in quality and the shower never got very hot. I wish there was a fitness center on-site and parents were required to monitor their children in the pool area. Someone voided in the pool, so it had to be closed on Friday night. We were too leery of the cleanliness to return during the second half of our stay. Otherwise, the condo itself was nice. Good location by the state park.

Stayed May 13, 2022The overall property was nice and clean. The only issue we had was with one of the condo owners making snarky remarks every time we did something. We probably won’t stay here again because of that.

Stayed Feb 3, 2025We enjoyed our stay. The location and weather was great. This is our 5th time in Gulf Shores and we know places to eat, etc.From day one, however, we had problems. The washer and dryer didn’t work. There was a code, but no booklet to which I could refer. Also the dishwasher stopped working and needed replacement(we only had one for the last 2 weeks of our month.) Also the living room couch and most of the high top chairs were very uncomfortable, just worn out..there were a myriad of other small problems. I got tired of complainingThe maintenance staff were very professional and friendly.. You may just dismiss me as “aBitch” but believe me, this isn’t my typical review. Someone needs to use a check list, particularly before a month long rental..

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall a fine space to enjoy Gulf Shores. Unit could use some updating and finishing touches, i.e. correcting paint splotches in bathroom, marks on mirror, cracked tile in kitchen, broken door stop, aged couch, all showing the units age---also Wifi could be stronger and more consistent.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023The condo was nice,but we had issues. The bed spread needs to be washed. I just removed it from the bed. There was no garbage bag in the kitchen. I got a coffee cup and plate from the cabinet and they weren't clean. There were cigarette buts on the balcony. All the batteries in the remotes were dead,so we just picked some up. Two days after we arrived I received a message informing me maintenance was on the way to repair remotes. They must have been reported days before by previous guests. We were not at the condo and I requested they come when we were there. The reply was sorry we've already been there. I didn't like that!

Stayed May 5, 2023Parking is easy. Simple walk to the beach. After the beach, the condo has a place to shower off, then a quick dip in the pool, before we head back to the room. The pool was always in great shape…being a pool pro myself…I was impressed. Staff is very friendly.
