Clean and Quiet with awesome views

We had a wonderful stay here! The unit is clean, well stocked and has a comfortable mattress. The property is great…nice pool and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners are terrific… they checked in to see if we needed anything and allowed us a slightly earlier check in as we had a long flight and arrived early. We will be back!

View of lake was beautiful, day and night. The host kept in touch, made sure we were ok. Instructions were easy to follow for both check in and check out. And property was just as expected. Will be booking multiple vactions in the coming months!

Great view of lake and mountains from balcony. Bed was a king size mattress and comfortable. Unit was clean, last two days we were there there was construction that started at 8:15 am no sleeping in those days. I would not have booked there if I was informed of this situation. Everything else was great.

Absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Check-in was very easy, and we had no problems at all with anything. In fact, the condo owner contacted me personally via text about half way through our stay just to check and make sure everything was up to our liking with the condo. I greatly appreciated that! The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We will definitely be returning to this spot. It had everything we needed to relax for the week. It was an easy Uber connect from and to the airport. We had groceries delivered, but we also used the local market and eating establishments in the village (walking distance).

The view was spectacular, condo was clean and roomy and the pool was delightful. The little villa is within walking distance with cute little shops and some tasty dining options. The hosts were always available if you needed anything.

Owners are fantastic and pay attention to lots of extra details to make the stay luxurious ! Stay was perfect.

We found this wonderful condo in Lake Las Vegas while we were looking to explore the area of Henderson and Green Valley. The listing was exactly as advertised…clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo as quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view was also fantastic and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise each day. There were walking trails nearby as well as restaurants and bars, and it was only a short 10 minute drive to Henderson proper. The communication with ownership was very easy, and the owners were very helpful. We have to say that the Lake Las Vegas area definitely grew on us as a possible area to reside in the future. We will definitely be back to enjoy this area again.

Condo, location, property management, etc. were exceptional. I recommend this place to anyone. It was one of my highlights to my vacation.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was super clean and very quiet-we experienced no noise from other units. The mattress was comfortable and the bed linens and towels were good quality. The decor was very nice and updated as well. The building itself and the grounds were very well kept and clean. Communication with the host was easy and the response was timely. We were in the area for two concerts and a sporting event and it was such a nice respite to stay at this peaceful unit in a serene setting.
