Easy walk to Main Street. Amazing views of the Ten Mile range.

This was a perfect location, picture scene perfect 3 bedroom unit - and worked wonderfully for our girls' trip to Breckenridge. Within walking distance to dinner, coffee, shopping and the shuttle - we could not have asked for more. Well furnished - great appliances - easy access to garage and elevators made for an excellent short stay. Next time we will plan on more time there!

The condo was very clean with good supplies. We loved it was walking distance to town and so close to many restaurants. Also enjoyed walking across the street to Sunday Market.

Beautiful condo and great location. I couldn't give it 5 stars because there were screens missing on the windows and the window in the bunk room didn't work.

Place was so so nice! Steps from Main St. where there is tons of shopping and delicious food and drinks. Some things that are included in the condo are not listed on their amenities which would have been helpful to know. Would’ve packed less. But would definitely stay here again!!

The property was in the best location to get to everything in town. The views of the mountains were amazing and the private jacuzzi is a definite bonus! I would stay here again.

The condo was great. Very close to everything so you can walk everywhere you want to go. Lots of space and the appliances were nice. We really enjoyed it stay and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the vacation by staying here! Location was fantastic, remodeled property, super views of the mountains while sitting in the hot tub and in the living room!

I COULD NOT SAY MORE ABOUT THE LOCATION.WE WALKED ALMOST EVERYWHERE.THE CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE REQUIRED.A LITTLE TIGHT PULLING INTO THE UNDERGROUND GARAGE WITH A FULL SIZE SUV, BUT WE MANAGED.WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

This is a beautiful property with easy walkable access to peak 9 and downtown. The private hot tub on the deck overlooking the mountains is another perk of the well kept condo. Under garage parking spot was a bonus since you don’t need a vehicle again until it’s time to head home. This place had plenty of room for our family of 6. We will be back!

My family of 6 adults stayed at this property and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk almost everywhere - it was so convenient! The unit was clean with amazing views and we enjoyed the private hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location of the unit is hard to beat being so close to main street and the property manager was quick to assist to make our stay even better.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfectly situated right in downtown Breckenridge. Gorgeous views throughout the property. We really loved the deck area to take in the stunning mountains. Did have a small issue checking in as we were not aware the keys were at a different location (must have missed an email). But the property manager on duty did arrive to the property promptly to help us out. He was very nice especially as we arrived quite late. Was a perfect place to getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Clean unit and great location to downtown.

Great location and view. Well managed property with all amenities including hot tub on the deck with fabulous view. Upper floor with elevator. Would book this again.

Condo was beautiful. Lovely updates plus view of mountains from this unit were wonderful. Unfortunately we all suffered from altitude illness and had to leave a couple days early. We tried all the remedies. We should have started a couple days earlier at a lower altitude and then moved upward. Breckenridge is a lovely little town with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Great location with easy walking to all the town of Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic accommodations with private parking. Would highly recommend. Exactly as advertised.

Very nice unit. Screens damaged when we arrived. I called about that. Mostly clean except one bath off the room w the bunk beds. Floor and shower not clean. Toothpaste down the front of the vanity. Otherwise nice place.

Place was just a listed. Great location and great views!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right downtown Breckenridge so you can walk to everything. Great views and nicely appointed. We wish the property management company would transition to a keypad as it was a bit of a pain to stop at their office to get keys and to drop them off again.

You cannot beat the location of this condo! Add on the gorgeous views & private hot tub - you have a perfect spot! We loved our stay. This condo was clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of sleeping space, & the private parking was the cherry on top.

We had a wonderful stay here for our first visit to Breckenridge. The amazing location of this home can’t be overstated - it is a brief walk (2 mins?) to the Main Street where coffee shops, stores, restaurants, and other great amenities lined the streets. On location alone it would be a 10/10! But the home itself is also fantastic. Comfortable, plenty of space, and well done. We loved the comfy couches and beds after a long day of exploring. The hot tub and amazing view were perfect! We easily fit our family of 6 with space to share. The hosts included lots of extras - humidifiers. Fans, pack and play, 2 kinds of coffe makers, games. Would recommend to anyone!
