Stayed Aug 19, 2025The apartment was very clean. Located on the 6th floor with elevator just outside the unit door. Beautiful view of the Sound from the balcony. Close to the beach accesses and restaurants. Property manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues. Be prepared to use a provided fan to supplement the A/C as the termostate is set to 70 degrees, but only reached 72.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025This was a beautiful place to stay! The veiw was amazing saw dolphins! Close to beautiful beaches I recommend langdon! The maintenance man Nick was always doing something and was very polite. Wish they gave more dishwasher pods though two was not enough for a week

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This is a very cute little condo. We enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness was excellent, and I really appreciated the stainless pots/pans in the kitchen instead of nonstick! The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed Sep 11, 2024We drove 11 hours to get here. The dust in the bedroom was thick on the bed headboard and on both lamps! We got busy and cleaned it, so we could get to sleep that night. I let the management know the next morning and they promptly apologized and offered to send a crew over. I thanked them and told them we had already cleaned it. Later, I noticed that some of the dishes were dirty and that the cleaning pod had not dissolved in the dishwasher, so I ran most of the glasses, dishes, and silverware in the cabinets through a cycle. Then we bought a container of Swifter mop cleaners and cleaned all the floors. Later that week we found mold in the toilet tank! Whoever is doing the cleaning, is NOT doing a good job. However, having said all that we loved the location of the condo and had a good time. We have been coming to Santa Rosa Dunes for over 25 years. We love this area.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024We have stayed at Santa Rosa dunes several times and it never disappoints. The particular place was very clean it has a beautiful view of the sound. We always enjoy the large pool and tennis courts. Great location close to everything. . Great communication with property management
