Are you looking for that perfect place for your vacation Look no further - Cape Winds 507 has it all. This PENTHOUSE, OCEANFRONT condo unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a unique DOUBLE WIDE BALCONY. You can walk onto the huge balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. You can even see the ocean when you are lying in your cozy king bed! The balcony has a table and 4 chairs as well as two recliners and a small table.

The kitchen has new cabinets, counter top and appliances and all of the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make meals on your vacation! There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter next to the new dining room table that seats 6. The living room has a sofa, chair, large flatscreen TV and a view of the ocean! Air mattress in unit.

The master bedroom has brand new bed set with a King bed, TV, DVD Player, walk in closet, a VIEW OF THE OCEAN, access to the balcony and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a TV. There is also a washer and dryer right inside of the unit. The unit is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach umbrella.

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex that has has amenities for the whole family. Lounge around the large pool, rest in the hot tub, or get active on the tennis & basketball courts. There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!!

The complex is situated a mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away.
