Gorgeous Penthouse! Oceanfront! Top floor best views!

Condo had everything needed for a wonderful week on Marco Island. Up to date modern amenities and the beach equipment was excellent! Sunsets from the 17 th floor can’t be beat. We will definitely be looking to stay here again .

Beautiful property. The view is perfect! Robert was an excellent host and communicates very well. The condo was bright and spacious for my family of four. It was myself, my husband and my two teenagers. The condo was fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The washer and dryer came in handy and allowed us to pack light. We were supplied with everything we needed for the beach such as beach chairs, umbrellas , and coolers. Loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The property itself is nice, clean and quiet. Swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Beach was easy to access. If you’re into shelling, you’ll find stunning shells to add to your collection. Places I recommend for dining: Doreen’s (for breakfast)Island Hideout (for breakfast) Sami’s for dinner (great pasta and pizza)Snooks Inn-(fun for entertainment, food is pretty good, nice views of the water) Bontas Bakery in Naples (for lunch, excellent sandwiches and pastries) Sunset Grill (lunch/dinner it’s right next door to the condo if you don’t feel like driving) I’d steer clear of resort/hotel restaurants we tried Kanes at the JW and it was overrated and overpricedMarco Island has so many wonderful local restaurants to enjoy. I recommend a trip to Tigertail Beach, great for shelling it’s a short drive down the road We also loved our boat trip through Eco Endeavors. We got to explore the Ten Thousand Islands, and saw dolphins and enjoyed shellingI highly recommend this condo and Marco Island

Awesome property

Robert responded right away and was very easy to communicate with. The condo is exactly as pictured and accurate to the description. Just a few things that would make the experience better, the beach equipment/storage closet is in dire need of an overhaul. Some of the chairs had broken straps and were rusted badly and the umbrellas and cooler were either broken or in rough shape. The other, which I understand isn’t on the owner at all, would be the condo association moving to a door code system and not having to carry a set of keys everywhere you go. Despite the few trial and errors with the beach equipment, we had a wonderful time …and that ocean view from the condo washed all our worries away! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone looking to do the same. Thank you, Robert!

The view from the balcony and the location of the condo do not disappoint!

Only complaint is there are no light blocking curtains in main bedroom

It was wonderful.

The location on the beach was wonderful and the view was spectacular. The logistics of two keys was inconvenient and could be made easier by additional keys for adult guests.

Robert’s condo was everything advertised. We have stayed at Marco Island Seawinds condos several times, and each trip is great. We had a couple of minor problems when we first got there and Robert took care of them quickly. Beautiful views and a very comfortable stay.

The stay was a great experience! The view was amazing and the condo was clean and nicely updated. The owner polite and quickly responds if you need something. Overall 10/10.

We always enjoy staying at this property because it is always clean, 24 hr key access only or with an access code and security on site so very safe for families. They keep the property updated and it has the best beach access. Only feet away from the beach. No hiking around the sand dunes. This property is right on the beach. Great location and accommodations!!! What more can you ask for!!!

I would highly recommend this condo! The view from the balcony is absolutely unmatched. We really wanted to stay somewhere directly on the water with a great view and easy beach access..we couldn’t have made a better choice choosing to stay here! The unit was clean and comfortable. The owners closet outside the unit contained everything we needed to spend time in the water and on the beach. I had a small issue arise during the stay (100% my fault) that caused me to message the owner. He quickly called me to resolve my problem. He was great to work with. We can’t wait to come back!
