Gorgeous Penthouse Condo! 30 Foot Curved Balcony @Long Beach W/Free Beach Chairs

All was just as described. The unit was beautiful, the beach is awesome, and the facilities are under renovation. The ongoing renovations did not impact my stay, and the workers were respectful of time of day.

at 1st when i booked it. then i reached out to the host about possible early check in. he stated there was ppl checking out and if was available np.we arrived around 3p i reached out and got no response. if it was ready or not either or i would have been ok np. the next morning i reached about more than a dozen af mosquitoes hanging on the bathroom wall and ceiling tile i had to kill them off continueously very disturbing.i reached out.cooking pots had food on them as if they were never washed before putting them away i reached out again. finally responded about the dishes and any concern about housekeeping to contact poc for housekeeping as he stated driving out of town. the mosquitoes was my biggest concern as we both was bitten a few times .i know renovation was probaly a factor but i stated in the email about concerns of ceiling tiles partially closed. i been booking with vrbo for years and i can truly say this was by far the only negative review i ever had leave. very very disappointing but hey it is what it is...

Condo was awesome! But our favorite part was the large balcony!!!!!!!!!! And that you could see only the wide open ocean. Would definitely recommend this condo. 14th floor DID NOT disappoint!!

Bill & Ingrid are great host. Communication is excellent. Beautiful location just steps from the water. 14 floors up gives you a tremendous view of the Gulf. Lots of dining options. Recommend Pineapple Willey's just 3 minutes walk on the beach from the Condo. Excellent service and food!

This is a nice condo located right on the beach with a great view of the Gulf. The beach chairs that are included are a very nice touch. Some things in the condo are a bit dated (the jacuzzi tub) but everything was clean and comfortable.Thanks for letting us stay and relax.

The condo was very nice. Long Beach is our favorite location in PCB and we got lucky with such a nice room and great hosts! Will be returning.

Place was very dusty and floors dirty. Front door lock worked poorly. Beach chairs were great.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo met all our needs. The bed was a dream, so comfortable. The appliances were all on the newer side and very clean. The location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants and golf courses. The property is well maintained and guarded 24/7. The best of all is the beach! It is amazing!! Miles and miles of white powdery sand. We enjoyed it immensely as well as the perfect view from the balcony, nothing but sea, waves, white sand and breathtaking sunsets!! Thank you Bill and Ingrid for an amazing stay!

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and we pretty much had everything that we needed. Loved waking up each morning to the view of the gulf. Even though the temperatures were cool, the sunshine on the balcony was always warm. We sat out there a lot.

I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! I love the view from the 14th floor, the high ceilings, and the privacy. The bed was comfortable and I had everything that I needed. As usual, Bill Pederson was so nice and helpful to communicate with. I will be back as soon as possible.

Condo was amazing owners very professional , Pros . Location, view, condo is very nice Cons. The front door needs to be updated to keyless, dryer door is about to fall off , the hot water heater isn't Sufficient enough to fill the tub up so the tub is good for showers only .

Excellent, the only thing I would change is the shower/bathtub. For older people it could be difficult to get in and out of due to the height plus grab bars should be installed.

Second time renting from this couple. Excellent service and experience each time. Will definitely use them again

We book this Penthouse as often as we can. Gorgeous views, perfect location and the elevators are the best at long beach (if you stay at LB you understand). If you are hesitant to book don't be, just book it! Normally the top floors are pretty hot but this place has the best AC. I was actually cold at night which was wonderful.

We love Long Beach and this was our second time to stay in this unit and we love it! When we come back this will be our first choice! Bill is great to deal with and will quickly answer any questions you have all you have to do is ask. Thank you Bill for a great trip!
