Large flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom with cable, DVD, &; stereo. Beautiful lanai furniture to sit and enjoy view of ocean and sunsets with cocktails. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom.

Panoramic ocean views from every room, including views of diamond head and the city lights of Honolulu from living room, kitchen and bedroom. Lanai looks directly over pacific ocean. Hear the ocean surf at night. Sandy beach next door, with stairs leading to swimming area at high tide. Snorkeling in front of property along with grassy area to sit and enjoy the sun.

The condo is on the 8th floor, direct oceanfront.

** Paid Onsite Parking must be requested at the time of booking, or well in advance of arrival - there is no guarantee of onsite parking without written confirmation from management company. The garage will only accommodate standard and mid-size cars, sorry no SUV's or pickup trucks ** Other parking options include - free along Kalakaua Avenue and metered on the Kapiolani Park side, please read all signs carefully. Metered parking is $0.50 per hour from the hours of 10 am to 6pm with free parking from 6pm to 10am. Parking is always tight during parades, festivals and events at Kapiolani Park, please be aware and plan accordingly.

    Perfect view of the water. Amazing on site manager Patrick who makes you feel so welcome. Out of the way from the busiest part of the beach but close enough to walk. A couple of great restaurants just steps away.

    Near the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī but not in the middle of it. Beautiful lanai to enjoy the ocean view and peak around the corner to Diamondhead!

    We were very pleasantly surprised with the new, comfortable furniture on the lanai.It was too bad that much of the kitchenware needed to be cleaned before we could use it, but maybe that's typical nowadays.

    We enjoyed the property for our 3 day visit. It is located in a great area with an easy walk to Waikiki but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and nearby park. The management company was very responsive when we had an issue accessing the property. The building is a bit older and dated and could use a few repairs but it was a great location to stay for a few days.

    We enjoyed our stay at this property. Unit was clean. We took advantage of the on site parking for an extra fee. We contacted the manager in regards to one concern and he responded quickly. We would stay here again.

    So here are the positives: - extraordinary views from windows and lanai. The pictures understate the views. - great location, separate from the cacophony of Waikiki but an easy, safe, short walk to everything - bed was comfortable and bedroom cooled well - parking arrangement thru prop manager was ideal, make sure and pre arrange parking. And then the issues: condo building is from the 60s, still nice but tired. condo unit is years past last renovation and shows it. Worn carpet, walls, furniture and in need of an investment. toilet is not super functional. Flushes sometimes with effort. wall AC units work hard to cool den. Blinds closed made the difference but was warm first day. All in all, we would definitely stay again in this area, and if there was some modest maintenance and updating would love to stay in this unit again.

    Spent 4 days on Oahu, and this condo was amazing. Great views of the ocean from the balcony were a great day to start and end each day. Modern interior, with very comfortable bed and great location, as we were in walking distance to Waikiki Beach, and a quick drive to our hike at Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, etc... Would highly recommend this spot. Host was great with communication.

    I have stayed in this building in many different units and they never disappoint. This unit was very comfortable but it could stand a little TLC with some fresh paint and a few updates. Still a fabulous unit to stay in.
