Gorgeous oceanfront condo with pool, central AC, WiFi, balcony water views

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Unit was relatively clean but could have been better. Unit needed some maintenance, the handle on the sliding door was barely holding on and the clothes drying rack for the balcony was broken. Also, closet space is limited. One of the the two closets in the master bedroom was locked with owners items which we understand but the closet that was left was full of vacuums and bath mats. Closet in 2nd bedroom was limited do to the water heater being in there.

Well equipped and the views are spectacular. Furniture top notch. Don’t recall seeing a tv in second bedroom definitely would add it. Not high on bunks either. Personal preference. Pool on beach and location top notch. Overall excellent place for a vacation. Thank you

Beautiful view, nice pool, great location. Dirty condo with dog hair all over the floor, dried up noodle or something on the master bedroom comforter (had to buy own blankets) just can tell the room is as not cleaned well at all and I would not stay here again just because they let pets stay here and the dog hair was terrible.Dirty furniture too.Awesome vacation but filthy condo

We have been coming to OC for 20 years and we love the Surfside 84. This condo has toys/games for the kiddos. Every kitchen appliance you can think of and we the outside closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, tons of sand toys and games. The cleaners can do a bit of a more thorough job but other than that the place itself is a gem.

Unit was very clean, linens we great, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed.

We loved Surfside 84!!! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because there is no washer/dryer in the unit. This is a filter I should have initially looked for (my fault). I just assumed it had one, as most places in OC have a stackable washer/dryer. If you don’t mind paying 2.50 to wash and 2.50 to dry (in quarters), you’re set! Laundry notwithstanding, we truly enjoyed our stay at Surfside 84. The kids loved the pool and you are right on the beach with a wonderful view. Highly recommend!

The place was great, loved the pool with our 3 month old. And the beach being so close was awesome. Super convenient and near a lot of great restaurants. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, a pool and an ocean outside my balcony and windows. It doesn't get any better than that. And thanks for the great weather too!

Clean, ocean front, great location.

The unit was clean and modern and we appreciated the sand toys and beach chairs to use. The pool was also well maintained. It was nice to sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. The check-in process was quick and painless. We will definitely consider staying here again.
