Stayed Oct 10, 2025We didn't ski, but you have to rate your ski experience, so ignore mine. The check in process sucked. We arrived exhausted from our travel to check in at 4:20, check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We were told we could not check in until 5:00. Of course we had not planned ahead to eat at the Bierhall so we had to scramble to find out where to go eat. The manager called me back around 5:30, a little late to be helpful and offered us 100 to make up for it. We didn't receive anything. But that aside, I love this place and am hoping to rent it this summer, but also management would not return my many emails and messages about this as well.
