The condo also includes an array of amenities including two beautiful gyms, indoor basketball and squash, a billiards room, a steam room for men and another for women, a beautiful pool area, and more. The condo itself has one of the best views in the building and is on the 16th floor in a seventeen-floor building.There are two bedrooms and a large living area and each has a sliding glass door to a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The doors are all hurricane-impact doors. The bathrooms are currently being completely renovated as are the closets. New floors have just been installed.
