Right on the strip and was very nice. The double beds are futons and not actual beds.

The property is dated And over priced. Much better locations to stay in Vegas for cheaper.

It was a great location with a huge living room and big screen tv, much quieter than staying in a casino

Overall my stay was great! The location was perfect! There was plenty of parking. The only cons were that the floors were very dirty upon arriving. I kept on changing both of my daughters’ socks because they kept on getting very dirty. Also, the bath tub in one of the restrooms was very slippery and my sister almost fell so we decided not to shower in that restroom for safety reasons. Other than that, the penthouse was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children.

We’re a family of four members and we spent four days in the penthouse. The description of the apartment was accurate. Also was very clean, spacious and with a excellent location. The free parking included was a plus. Next trip to Vegas I would book this penthouse.

The penthouse was nice and clean. Its located in the middle of the strip. I didnt have a view of the strip. Pool was clean. Little to no sun on pool area, but thats not a problem for me. Sauna was down. One of the bathroom doors would get stuck and some what hard to get it open. We thought we were going to break it. Bedroom sofas converted to beds. Slept well on them. Walk in closet had extra towels and bed sheets. Overall, I will be staying again in the near future.

The location is so schockingly perfect, right next to the cosmo and more importantly the bellagio foantains. 5 or 10 minute walk to ceasars. Really central, the pool is heated very comfortably and the whirlpool is toasty warm, the gym is right there too, all free, no resort fees. Melissa is easily reachable, so nice, so helpful, so professionable. Thankyou Melissa. The car park is right there and for our rental car perfect. The valet is 5 dollars a day or you just park it yourself for free. The mattresses are very comfy. There are 3 double beds and the rest are sofa beds, we where 4 people so lots of room.

Great spot. The rest of our group was staying at the Cosmopolitan. This is in the Jockey Club right next door. Was only a short walk to Cosmopolitan lobby which made it convenient.

Experienced host, very responsive. Great location in the middle of everything. Easy to navigate from the location. Great beds, very comfortable, well appointed kitchen, big screens, what more could you want! Had a great time!

My group was let down by this property. The contact from the property owner was almost not existent… Sleeping sick was not really correct… I would not stay here again.

Good location. Well stocked and clean. Even though though there was remodeling taking place the workers were very courteous. Somewhat overpriced.

This place was a great spot to stay for a bachelorette party! Easy to walk to all spots we wanted to go to!

Pros- Great location next to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, and complimentary garage parking. Comfortable beds. Cons- Very dark, no view except of adjacent building walls on 2 sides. Some outlets and lamps broken/not working. Had to request clean sheets upon arrival, but Very responsive host, who sent brand new sheets immediately.

It’s a shame that an updated unit is NOT clean and many electric outlets did not work. You had to unplug some of the lamps to turn them off Although they did come back to reclean there was still dust, hair, dirty walls and floors.A visit from the largest cockroach I have ever seen topped off the stay. I advise minimizing the dusty decorative items

This place is absolutely perfect! Very large for all of us to be comfortable, lots of great amenities and nice touches included to help our stay be even more amazing, and was also great to be such a key location both on the strip and within the cosmopolitan and we were also able to use the cosmopolitan pool, which is great!! Thank you!

The property needs a better cleaning crew.

The property is located in a great spot. You do not have a view of the strip from the property, but that worked for us. The manager was always available for questions. When we checked in, security put us in the wrong room. That was very frustrating since I had Las Vegas Decorators come and decorate for my daughter's birthday. But the manger made the security staff come help us move all the decorations. So it worked out. She also told the hotel that we should get a refund, although that did not happen, she was available to assist us. We did have trouble with the heat. The rooms were chilly. The property was conveniently located by the taxi/ uber area. We would stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice, on strip condo connected to the Cosmo with easy access to everything in the middle of the strip and a convenient ride-share pickup nearby. Clean property and nice amenities.

Its not what you would expect. Very dated and not cleaned very well. Uncomfortable furniture and not set up well. We didnt spend much time there but I guess thats what you do in Vegas. IT lists as Penthouse but thats just the floor your on. No view of anything. The building is very dated. 1 Glass big enough to put ice in. Location is good and parking was also good. Your money dosent go far in Vegas anymore. We will go back to staying off the strip next time.

Overall, great location, easy taxi/uber access, comfortable beds. Needs towel racks and hooks in both bathrooms and hooks in closets. Improved lighting in all rooms. Garbage bags that fit trash can in kitchen. Thank you!

Place was very well kept and clean. Spacious enough for 6 to sleep comfortably. Directly on the cosmopolitan property. Directly on the strip! Perfect location for anyone who wants to be in walking distance of everything. For the price location & comfortability look no where else!

They moved us to a comparable place.We were given two beds instead of 4 and a rollaway cot! Accommodation were nothing as pictured huge downgrade because of plumbing issues.Given a 700.00 refund but it still felt a little like a scam!

Very nice place, great location! Very clean and host communicated very well.

We arrived early on Aug 2 and the host did allow us for an early check in. After that things were not at all what we expected. The luxurious and gorgeous penthouse was very misleading and so were the photos. We were under the impression we were in the cosmopolitan hotel with a private pool. This was not the case. We were in an alley between the cosmopolitan and the Bellagio in a run down old hotel. We get to the penthouse and the AC was not working. We contacted the host and property manager who then called maintenance and they brought us 1 fan for the entire penthouse. Maintenance also told us this is a reoccurring problem and the owner did not want to fix it. We explained this to the host/manager along with what can you do to find us a different place to stay. They could not provide us with any other accommodations. After back and forth with the manager nothing was ever done to help with cooling of the penthouse. It stayed above 80 the entire time in the bedrooms. We had to take cold showers just to keep cool. The showers were very outdated and the tub had not 1 but 3 chips in it. The sink did not drain and the overall “luxurious and gorgeous” was not holding true. We returned home from our weekend trip and still had heard nothing for a compensation for the inconvenience of not having AC all weekend so I contacted the host/manager and they did offer us a refund. My family was not happy with the amount that was refunded. Needless to say we will not be using this again.
