Stayed Apr 10, 2026The apartment was clean. The complex itself is very old and the garden/fountain area is unkept and in need of repair which does not reflect on the host at all. My husband threw a line in the river and caught 2 catfish which made his day.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026We enjoyed our stay. Weather was cooler than what we thought. So we did not get to use the pool. Host was very responsive. Good location.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025We locked ourselves out and had to call host. His niece came over and called maintenance man and he was able to use a tool to get door open. Just remember to lock door on keypad to lock and not the silver doorknob. Apartment was very nice, mattresses so comfortable. Water pressure great . Didn't use pool. Apartment was within walking distance to border , about 6 minutes. We loved that because we had a wedding to go to in Matamoros. There are dryers and washers, 2 a load. Didn't use but nice to have the convenience. Felt very safe very quiet community.
