Gorgeous Gulf Views & Shared Pool - Walk to the Beach, Minutes to Entertainment

Location was great. Very nice complex with a lot of amenities condo was spacious and very clean. Well stocked kitchen

Our second time at this building, first in this particular unit. Location of the building is perfect. Would like the unit to have more amenities for families, maybe a few board games, cards etc. Keurig would be nice, and definitely more bedding and pillows.

The property was exactly as expected. It would be helpful if there was more communication and some one to talk to live on sight.

Beautiful view, close proximity to beach. Curtains removed, blood on sheets, box fan didn’t work and toilets in both bathrooms kept running. Management eventually did take care of most of it.

Have stayed at Leeward Key 2 other times and was very happy with the condo each time. This condo (although a bit cheaper than most others in the building) needs an extreme makeover. Mostly cosmetic and minor repairs but also just sone general updating. The paint was peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen, there were handles broken off of the dressers in both bedrooms, towel racks in the bathroom that had fall and not been replaced and the handle was broken off of the microwave. I love the location and the facility but will choose a different condo next time.

Loved the location, clean rooms, and accessibility to the property owners. They reached out a couple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Beautiful condo and so convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and everyone was so friendly. Definitely hope to stay here again … soon.

Communication was poor

Very nice property. Very clean. Beautiful view. Walking distance to several restaurants. I was just disappointed that I wasn’t given details about the property. Like… you need red bands to access the pool and the beach and where they are located in the condo. I was not given a parking pass upon arrival. The pass wasn’t in the condo. I called and they said a maintenance person would deliver it. Never received one. Went to the office downstairs. I was told one would be left on the door. Never delivered. I had two towing stickers on my vehicle. The last day, I was finally given a parking pass at the office. Just frustrating. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing but please make the bands more accessible along with the parking pass. Also, the water in the bathtubs are either very hot or cold, there is no in between. Cannot adjust the water. Thanks!

Our family of 5 vacations in Destin every year. This is our 14th trip and I think we found our new favorite condo! It included all the necessities and more, very spacious, right across from the elevator and a super short walk to the beach. We loved it and will book again in the future.
