Stayed Nov 8, 2025We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Jun 10, 2025This was my 2nd (and definitely not my last) stay here. The property is very clean and is in the absolute best location! It’s about a mile from The Big Chill and the beach is not crowded.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is so nice and spacious. We stayed here with our two year olds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, super clean, with comfortable furniture. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach- made it so easy with two toddlers. There are stairs to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The location of the condo was right in the middle of everything. A very short ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach! We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

Stayed May 19, 2024We have stayed here numerous times. New furniture this trip! The place looks really nice. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes.
