Stayed Aug 18, 2025We had an amazing time! We were there for my birthday and our anniversary celebration. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing I would have liked was a better mattress on the bed. But over all everything else was wonderful. Thanks Premier and Vrbo.com.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The unit was as pictured but the guests that stayed at the property left something to be desired. The unit above us had bird seeds that attracted birds, which isn't a problem, but after eating. . well, you get the point. In addition, there were some loud (drunk) guests at the pool that made the stay unenjoyable. Finally, the unit had a weird smell to it and, when I called two days before for a late check out, I was told to call back the next day. I called back the next day and the lady asked me to call back AGAIN the following day. Since the property management company didn't open until 8, I needed information on if we could stay 1 hour later (until 11 am, vs 10 am) in order to plan my morning.Just not a place I'd return to.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Our stay completely exceeded my expectations. The property was even nicer than the photos. Incredible views, perfect location with all of the favorite restaurants/ bars within walking distance either by road or beach, awesome gym and pool area and my favorite, the included beach service! Greatly appreciated the ability to check in early as we arrived to Pensacola earlier than expected. Hosts were super communicative via text and email. We will continue to book this awesome property for future trips!

Stayed May 18, 2024Perfect for our stay! Property was clean, had very nice, new linens and kitchen was Stocked with pots, pans, and knives and everything else you need in the kitchen. Location is great! So convenient to beach and restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Feb 11, 2024Attended a week- long art workshop in Pensacola. After the workshop my stay on the beach at your resort was a relaxing, beautiful end to day and a breathtaking start to the next day! Service was excellent.
