Stayed Oct 1, 2022The location of the property is fine. Arrival and departure, communications were solid. The furniture and linens are in need of replacement. We had some problems with the televisions and some of the televisions appear to be from the early 90s. messaging with the property manager did not go well. There were two messages sent in the middle of the stay that were ignored. Overall well inside the property you just had a feeling that the owners just don’t care anymore.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Stayed with a group of girlfriends. It was very spacious and clean. The place is a bit dark but the price was right! Check in was super easy and Legacy Villas was beautiful!

Stayed Oct 28, 2022Bbq Didn’t work but property management came and re placed right away. Unit definitely needs some cleaning! Food on wall, dust on wood blinds so thick you can write your name on them dusty artificial plants, dirty fans! Location is great and amenities great. Property management easy to communicate with but definitely needs to monitor the cleaning service.

Stayed May 28, 2022Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous stay. 3 moms and our 7 year old sons stayed for the weekend and had a blast! The villa was clean and comfortable with easy access to the pool. We will definitely be back next year!
