Gorgeous Ground Floor Oceanfront Condo, Just Steps Away From Pool & Beach!

I highly recommend this property when staying on Maui. This space worked well for our group of two couples. One couple slept in the room and the other couple slept on the pull-out couch. The pull-out was very comfortable! No one in our group had been to Maui before so we were unsure what area to stay. After visiting, I feel like Kihei was a great choice! To get the most out of Maui you should consider renting a car. This property's location was perfect because it's not too far into Kihei so you are really centrally located to access South, West, and North Maui very easily. A huge plus about this property is there is beach access right out front. There is a short walk across the grassy field to a beautiful beach you can enjoy. Every evening we watched the sunset on the sand and got to see numerous sea turtles come up for air just a few feet into the water. It was magical!

I liked that there were pickle ball courts so close.

Appreciated a phone call to offer me an earlier check in by a few hours. Loved the location of the condo. So close to the pool and the beach. Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit...or rather the lack of it. Not terrible by any means but the living room area in particular...all the upholstery was very soiled. Needs to be steam cleaned once in a while...the couch, the bar stools...the recliner. And I had to clean the cleaning supplies before I could use them. But overall, not a deal breaker. I would stay again for sure. And also must say there was a prompt response to an issue I had with an electronic device. And I was allowed a 2 hour extension on check out which was very helpful.

Nice place to stay

We throughly enjoyed our 2 week holiday at Luana Kai. This complex is ocean front with a good beach to walk on. The pool was within 50 ft of the unit. The unit itself was ok. The bedroom air conditioner was fantastic and the bed it self was very comfortable.

The property was perfect. Super quiet and down Home just our speed. It was so nice. We decided to extend our stay another week. I highly recommend.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The property was just as described. Great space with close proximity to the beach. Would definitely come again.

Bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bar BQ kept clean by maintenance staff. A/C in the bedroom would vibrate every couple minutes for about 3 seconds but you get used to it and sleep thru it.

Well supplied with with everyday items . Excellent location for travel and steps away from beach and pool. Condo could use a little TLC and a new set of sheets . We would book this rental again. Pool , hot tub and barbeque were well maintained and clean.

Great, convenient location. Lovely suite with big communal living area. Fantastic view of the sunset over the ocean.
