Gorgeous, Family-Friendly Portside Resort in PCB - Walking Distance to the Beach

This property was great for a long weekend getaway. The condo was a nice/short walking distance from the beach access and nearby restaurants. There were plenty of places to walk our dog around the condos. The pools were well maintained and not overcrowded. The host provided clear and simple check-in/check-out instructions and responded in a timely manner. There is only 1 full bathroom and it is a little dated but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The beach wagon provided was handy, especially if you forget your own like we did!

Overall a good place to stay if you plan on being out most of your trip. However, my biggest concerns was the mold in the bathroom, the sliding glass door was hard to open and every few cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself.

The property was clean and the pools were awesome.

Portside Resort is always a fantastic place to stay. This unit was super clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping options. We had everything we needed at the house. The host was very kind and communicative.

We visited the beach for the weekend. The check in process was easy. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Property manager was pleasant and stayed in touch the entire trip.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was very close to the event so that made it even better. Plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby.

Short walk to the beach. Liked the beach and the heated pool.

R communication with host wonderful & the location was great. Portside is family & dog friendly community, quiet, and well kept. Pool was heated and all areas clean.

Kurtis was excellent to deal with and the place was awesome! The pools were wonderful! Will definitely recommend and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Pools were very nice, clubhouse was a nice close option with pingpong and pool table. Kurtis was a great host and very responsive. As for things that could be improved: Beds are very squeaky, especially the master bed. We had issues with small black bugs in the kitchen all week. Unit could also use a deep clean more frequently as the floors were very dirty and there were a lot of large cobwebs throughout the unit. Also, there was a decent amount of dust buildup on the bathroom exhaust fans and ceiling fans in the unit. I did use the vacuum to take care of these issues since the cleaning company did not. We did have issues at check in as the unit was not ready at the promised time. Kurtis tried to make things right for us by sending pizza, however it was inconvenient for us to sit in the car with children and pets in the midst of 90 degree heat waiting for the cleaners to finish their job, which was obviously rushed. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time at the unit and the amenities offered at Portside Resort, which was a great location close to the beach and many businesses in PCB.

Everything was excellent, just as advertised. Location was perfect .. walk to beach and just short drive to grocery and gift shops. Absolutely PERFECT!!!
