Seychelles 1909 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful views of the Gulf from it's private corner balcony! This beachfront condo sleeps up to seven people comfortably. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and an attached full bath! You can step onto the balcony right from the master bedroom! The second houses a king third bedroom has an extra large twin bed. Guest bathroom right down the hall. In the living room you will find a couch that converts to a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Spend your mornings sitting on your corner balcony or walking the gorgeous beaches of Panama City Beach! Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest. For the Seychelles complex only one car during these times: May 1 through July 27 August 27 through September 3 October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur

    I give Seychelles condo and location a 5 star rating. However, I give parking a 1 star rating. We rented a 3 bedroom for 8 guest and drove 2 vehicles. They only had parking for 1 vehicle with no overflow parking available. We had to park one car several miles away and pay a 12 dollar fee per day to park. Very inconvenient and irritating!!!

    We have been staying at Seychelles in PCB for many years. We love the location of the condominium. We particularly enjoy the three bed/two bath units and were excited to find this one (1909) available to rent. The view from the unit is unmatched. We could sit on the balcony and watch the sunset every night. The condominium is close to great restaurants and to St. Andrews State Park. We call this the quiet end of the beach in PCB. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Elevators were a very short wait and a very quick ride. Parking was easy. There was a good quantity of supplies such as two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom along with travel size soap, shampoo, etc. The unit, however, needs someone who cares to come in and do some repair. The walls are banged up/chipped, crown molding is coming off the wall, every towel rack/toilet paper holder was one light pull away from coming out of the wall, the vent in the master bath was covered in dust, the baseboards need a good wiping down, and EVERY closet was literally half full, if not more, of extra bed spreads/decorative pillows, electronics, decor, etc. leaving guests little to no room to store suitcases. The kitchen pots/pans were completely unorganized and the dishwasher needs a good cleaning. All in all, we had a great time, but the unit is ready for a refresh.

    The room was beautiful, resort was clean and nice very laid back , and not crowed like we are used to at other properties! Management was easy and very fast to respond! I highly recommend this room! (Like everywhere this was stuff that could have been better like the trash wasn’t taken out and a sliding glass door was broken and crown molding was broke but overall it was absolutely beautiful! Definitely will be back! A huge plus is it’s close to some amazing restaurants and boat rides!

    Great views. We always come back to Seychelles. This unit was by far the most comfortable as far as bedding choices, furniture choices, balcony furniture (although one chair has hardware that is stripped out and caused a little whoa moment). I would absolutely book unit 1909 again. The 3rd bedroom could be cozier. One teen felt cheated and the other felt like a princess in the 2nd bedroom. (Other than the cracked mirrored glass on the bottom of the sliding closet door we were not informed of. Please address this.) Overall, this was our favorite unit out of several over the years.

    Check in and out were easy though I am not a fan of doing things like that on my phone. The place was nice but the cleaning crew needs some training. Its attention to the little things that made the cleanliness an issue. Over all the place was VERY nice and the view was awesome.

    This was a great condo, with the highlight being the corner location, windows all around, and a wrap around balcony that we spent a ton of time at. The Master bedroom and 1st guest bedroom were great, but the 2nd guest bedroom was kind of dinky. Very small room with a double mattress on a cheap frame with fold-out cots underneath. It could use an upgrade, but other than that, this was a great rental. Would definitely stay again.
