Stayed Apr 12, 2026Great condo to stay at. Bigger than I expected. Note that the condo is above the pool, so expect to hear kids playing. View from cobdo is great - live the large windows. Second bedroom is simply for sleeping, but main bedroom is extra special.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025We loved the outdoor pool and the indoor jacuzzi! Our condo was very spacious, and the deck was also very spacious with access from the living room and also the master bedroom with a great view of the beach and the Gulf of America!

Stayed Mar 8, 2026Super relaxing. Sat on deck and watched the waves and listened to the birds. Awful long way to beach so went to other beaches on island. If you need time to relax and/or think, Dauphin Island is the place to go. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025Host interaction was great. The condominium was lacking. Heater in the indoor pool only worked 25% of the time we were there. Our unit needs a really good cleaning. I understand it was during holidays and most likely low staff but some of areas you could tell had not been cleaned in a while. Lots of items standing with dust, they just cleaned main walk ways. It was bad enough I started cleaning and it didn’t take me no time to vaccum and move the trash can and some other items around to get a quick vaccum clean. Bathrooms were clean but still needs a good scrub in places, especially corners and around faucets. The staff at the condo were great and the view and location was great. Unit just needs a good deep clean and a good paint job. Just felt like the place was super dingy.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The condo was beautiful and so was the location. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. If you are looking for a relaxing family get away without all the hustle and bustle of a tourist town like Pensacola, this is the place. Very quiet and laid back. I would totally live there in that condo comfortably for the rest of my life if I could. We will most definitely be going back in the future.
