In one of Deer Valley's most coveted locations, enjoy dramatic ski views from the serene deck with space for relaxing, hot tubing in lower Deer Valley!

This two bedroom, ground level condo offers a beautifully remodeled kitchen and living area, a steamy hot tub for après ski relaxation, and easy walking or Deer Valley Direct shuttle access to the Snow Park Lodge, just a ¼ mile away from the base and ski Village. Walking or using the city bus into town is also ideal all year round, with Chaparral being just a ½ mile from Main Street and the historic downtown of Park City.

The condo offers a king suite with ensuite bath and a twin daybed. The ensuite bath was remodeled with gorgeous stone choices and glass euro shower. The large vanity offers double sinks and is adjacent to the water closet, shower area. The master bedroom suite sleeping 2-3 guests is peaceful and private, yet accessible to the main living areas and the second bedroom.

The second adjacent suite offers a twin over queen bunk set, along with an additional twin bed, sleeping 3-4 comfortably. That suite has a separate adjacent bath for its guests. The property offers lodging for a total maximum of 6 guests with 5 separate beds within, and 2 baths for guest use.

There is a private garage for ski gear. A flat sidewalk extends from Chaparral for walking, jogging or waiting for public transit without worry. There is additional guest parking available on a first come first serve basis as well.

This location is ideal for skiing Deer Valley, Canyons, and Park City Mountain, or shopping and dining in the downtown district, visiting for Sundance Film Festival, summer hiking, biking and concerts. Chaparral is a centrally located, ideal spot for all Deer Valley/Park City has to offer.

Summer guests: note this property does not have air conditioning, but as a ground level unit it rarely needs any comfort adjustment.

    Beautiful property, well maintained, and situated perfectly on the bus route to Deer Valley and Main Street. All amenities one could possibly need were on property. Incredible neighborhood and we look forward to visiting again.

    Unit was very good overall. Great location. A few unfortunate issues arose during our stay which were not addressed by management in a timely fashion. Hot tub dirty when arrived and dirty the whole stay despite being advertised as working hot tub. Also, not working were humidifiers and garbage disposal. No sense of urgency on the part of the management company to address these issues. Very disappointing customer service to say the least. Especially at this price point. Would avoid properties run by this management company in the future.

    We had an incredible ski vacation and this was the perfect place for our little family. The location was perfect with an easy less than five minute drive to the slopes and close to all of the restaurants we picked nearby. The hot tub was clean and fantastic after a long day of skiing. Also loved the fireplace and coziness of the place. Thank you for a memorable vacation! We will be back!

    This is the perfect place if you're wanting to experience both deer valley and park city! Bus routes come right in front all day, Main Street and deer valley are both within a couple minutes. St. Regis is within a walkable distance. The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our long weekend trip!

    Loved the bus system just outside our door. Condo was comfortable and had great views. It was clean and very comfortable. We did call maintenance on a minor issue with inside fireplace, and they were prompt and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks.

    Great location and cozy condo. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace after each day of skiing Deer Valley. Kitchen was well equipped. It could use a few new pots pans. Master was nice and quiet with comfortable king bed. Bathroom could use a space heater during the cold months. Overall it was just what we needed for our family of four. Very convenient to everything.

    Everything about the rental was great. The location, cleanliness, hot tub and accommodations. We enjoyed being able to walk to the slopes and took the free town bus into town (stop is right out front). The condo has plenty of space and is very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
