Gorgeous Condo 400 Steps to Beach Club. Walk to Shopping, Dining, and Seaside

The place was very well equipped and exclusive 30a was very accommodating!

We had a bit of trouble with the lock on the main door, but aside from that everything was perfect! We will be back!

This property was everything it said it was, and possibly more…..walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. Such a beautiful property with bike and walking paths EVERYWHERE. You never get bored. The condo was so beautifully decorated with very comfy beds and a spacious LR along w/the screened in porch as well as the front porch were so peaceful. We came in early Dec and the weather was still very nice and we were able to be outside everyday. The evenings were a little chilly, but perfect for sitting on the porch for us midwesterners The area (of course) was far less populated with tourist so it was quite nice to feel like we had the neighborhoods to ourselves. We hope to come back and stay here very soon. This was def a 10/10 for us, and quite the bonus with it being pet friendly.

We really enjoyed the condo. Loved the location for a wedding we attended. Beautifully decorated with a comfortable costal feel. We loved everything about it. Our only issue is that the WiFi was a little spotty. We would definitely come back.

Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of towels. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose this condo again! We’ve been coming to Watercolor multiple times a year for the past 12 years and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed.

The place was great, and we would stay again. It's close to the pool, the wine bar, the beach, the wine bar, shops, and the wine bar.

We absolutely loved this location! Steps from the beach, walking trail, shops, and steps from seaside. The condo was very comfortable for a family of 4. My only complaint is the address is very confusing. One address is on the building and another on vrbo. Hopefully that will not be a problem for others. Other than that I recommend stayin

Easy walk into Seasode which we also did each day. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was our oven didn’t work / they had it replaced within 2 days and gave us a gift card for the inconvenience. The TV was so complex to work. We had to sign into our own streaming service to watch ABC. We also were woken up each morning at 7am by the running kids above us. So being in the ground floor was not ideal. Other than that, loved the space and place and overall would recommend!

Steps from the beach and the club, but far enough back that you don't feel crowded. 30A was incredibly responsive to a few minor issues. They were right on top of it. The unit is a condo, and you can slightly hear the upstairs when they are up and moving, but it's expected in a condo. Great stay overall!
