Stayed Jun 8, 2024No parking. Construction. Had to cross busy highway. Stayed on 12th floor. Both elevators down at times. Sister has heart condition. Wife got infection. Awful! Misleading advertisement.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023The place and location is great but there's no host. First time I opened the living room door to the balcony, the handle was broke so hand slipped and sliced open my finger. Tried to call vacasa and was routed to a call center. After ten minutes on hold I gave up. The water heater is set so high the faucets will burn you in seconds. The washing machine is so loud it sounds like a diesel truck running in the living room. Terrible neighbors, we had to squeeze by all they're beach stuff to get in or out of our door because they had stuff piled up taking up most the entry way. I've never stayed at a VRBO that didn't have a host that could be contacted when needed. Will never stay at any property manager by vacasa.

Stayed May 24, 2022Overall the experience was very good. If I could make one suggestion… the entrance door is desperately in need of a coat of paint. My first impression was not good upon entering the property and I was afraid of what I would find behind the front door. However, the overall condo and furnishings were quite adequate and we enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend spending a couple hundred bucks to get the front door sanded and painted. I would rent it again.
