Stayed Aug 20, 2025First time to Pensacola but have stayed in many condos on the beach. This was by far the best! Close proximity to gorgeous beach and beautiful views from living area and porch. We loved that is not a high rise, only 3 floors. The condo itself was a little older but newly redone and very cute. New kitchen including appliances, comfortable and clean furnishings, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. It’s located across the street from The Local deli and market and right on the Pensacola Beach Bike Trail. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Just as described. All furniture and beds are comfortable, great views. A lot of people mentioned getting groceries prior, but traffic wasn’t bad and it didn’t take too long to get to grocery stores. Stove top wouldn’t turn on, they got someone out the next day to fix. Would stay again!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Beautiful property and quiet location! Beach is perfection and not too crowded. Amazing experience watching the Blue Angels Air Show at the beach and on the balcony. Host was very easy to work with. The ONLY downside is the 2 flights of stairs if you have someone who has trouble with that. Would most certainly stay again!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, master bed was comfortable (we didn’t have anyone staying in the second bedroom). Kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs and an umbrella to make your beach time more comfortable. The best thing is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the beach! Couldn’t be better. Be prepared for stairs- as there is no elevator, but we didn’t mind. Loved the location- not right in the middle of all the business, but close enough!
