Gorgeous Bayside Residence, Sleeps 5

The unit could use a little refreshing. Another light or two in the living room would be helpful.

The condo was very well appointed, decorated very well, lots of extras beach towels, chairs umbrella very nice balcony. The Air Conditioner is Very annoyingly loud and uncomfortable blowing directly on the couch. The public areas of the building and elevator were very dirty and unkempt.

It was a beautifully decorated condo in a gorgeous location. Because it is a corner unit, it felt very private. The only downside was the poor internet connection and subsequent problems with the tv streaming service.

Very nice property & the property manager was easy to reach with questions and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean with very comfortable beds and couches. We had everything we needed and the beach wagon and umbrella and chairs were really nice. Communication with the manager was flawless. We will definitely be back. The views off the screened porch were priceless. We loved watching the birds and iguanas and all the boats coming and going.

A beautiful view of the bay and a short walk to the beach.

I loved the location to the small marina. We had a boat there on Captiva and I felt like I was walking out to my backyard to get to the boat. Sunrise every morning, and bike ride to the beach for sunset. Listing is very accurate. Corner unit away from the elevator, quiet and very spacious, especially for two. We would definitely stay again.

The corner unit was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Great views of the bay from our balcony. Pool and beach were all within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shops - all within walking distance.

Such a cute condo! We had a wonderful stay, thank you. Love how the condo overlooks the channel, mangroves and ocean. The property management team reached out to us on day 1 to see if we needed anything and were very responsive throughout the week. A bit bummed that bedroom is next to the outside hallway of the condo, where voices of other guests echo and can disrupt sleep. The guest bathtub also clogged up a bit and the streaming on the TVs stalled out every once in a while. The power also went out briefly, but came back on within 5 minutes. Apparently that's normal on Captiva, according to the property management team. They were very responsive and made our stay an easy one. It was nice to escape the cold weather back home and experience island life. Thank you!

We were very comfortable and had a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed eating at Doc Ford’s and the Mucky Duck..

Could use a little updating but beautiful and convenient location

Unfortunately we left a day earlier because the place is outdated/dirty and we couldn’t stay another our 2nd night. No matter how much one cleans it there is mold in the bathroom, the bathroom tub needs to be refinished as they have brown/black patches. There are stains all over the doors and water flow in the showers is limited. The WiFi doesn’t pick up in the unit on a consistent basis. We would not recommend this for the price point until upgrades are done.
