Gorgeous 6th Floor Beachfront 3BR 2BA @ The Aquavista! Includes Beach Chairs!

Beautiful spot. Too bad algae was so bad this year.

Property is very nice and loved all the light from the 2 balconies. Easy access to surrounding activities in both directions. Highly recommend this unit!

Great Location, just far enough from the crazy but close enough for all the entertainment. Condo was beautiful with windows all the way around. Condo was Clean and comfortable. We will be back!!! Nice size balcony with amazing views.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation went home was beautiful. However, management was poor. Upon arrival, our bathroom was not cleaned -mold between tiles, shampoo on walls, hair, and algae and drain. It took a phone call and two emails for them to come clean. The second day we found out that washer was broke once emailed, they told me that they were waiting parts. Having said this, they knew it was broke and gave no prior notice to our stay. This was an amenity that we needed with a large family and was not fixed our whole stay. Upon request for part refund, they still have not given us an answer.

I recently stayed at a beach condo that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the space was apparent, which immediately made me feel at home. The views from the condo were simply breathtaking—endless panoramas of the ocean that provided a perfect backdrop for relaxing mornings and stunning sunsets.The beach itself was pristine and easily accessible, making it a joy to spend my days lounging by the water. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle, ensuring a peaceful experience while still being close to local attractions.The overall atmosphere was incredibly quiet, allowing for a true escape from the everyday grind. I highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a serene getaway with beautiful scenery and a spotless environment. I can’t wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aquavista Condos are centrally located, with easy access to local restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The condo itself was very accommodating and offered plenty of room for my group. A lower floor would have made to daily trips on the elevator better but overall, the 6th floor wasn’t bad at all. The beach is about a 1 minute walk and the 2 complimentary beach chairs are great. The only downside to the entire week, was the broken washing machine. We were unable to keep up with the laundry and had to bring home a lot of dirty clothes. The condo sent a repairman to fix the problem but the fix didn’t last. Other than that, I recommend Aquavista Condos in PCB, to anyone visiting the FL panhandle for a nice trip to the beach. Because of the washing machine issue, I can’t give 5 stars.

The condo was beautiful! It was exactly as described .. It was clean . It had everything you could need on vacation . We loved the private balcony at the bedroom that overlooked the pool and hot tub . Then of course we loved the balcony from the living area that overlooks the ocean ! We will definitely be back ! Thank you !
