Gorgeous 4BR Condo at Phoenix Gulf Shores!! Water Slide!!

My stay was fine however the beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky in all rooms. Inexpensive mattresses unfortunately. Everyone's backs began to hurt. Even my 25 year old son, his back began hurting. The condo layout and other amenities were fine and the view is lovely. Unfortunately, I left my briefcase in the unit and no one was able to find it. So my laptop and other items...gone. PM said no one turned it in or found it.

Check-in was at 5 arrived at 5:02 and no one available to check us in therefore couldn’t enjoy the pool because we didn’t have bands. Shower curtain in adjoining bathroom had mold on it. No extra trash bags or paper towels. Hair was in the shower of the master bathroom. The study was nice. Location was good.

The condo was amazing!! The location was Great!! The condo was decorated so nice we absolutely loved it!!

This condo was perfect for our large family! It has great views and is decorated nicely!The only suggestion we have is for there to be a plastic shower curtain for the bathtub shower.

Our contact person was very responsive. Please note that they have several properties so there may not be someone in the lobby. Never fear, your contact person can answer any questions you may have. I would definitely go back to this space.

Condo is very large and decorated nicely. Great view from large corner condo with views from the beach and the bay. Some upholstery is a bit worn. Our first morning when trying to cook breakfast we realized there was only worn out scratched pans so I emailed the condo and they delivered a brand new set of pans and skillets within an hour so that was impressive. We would stay here again. Very convenient to everything and the bed rooms were very nice with comfortable mattress's.

This stay was pretty great. The rooms were pretty nice but the pillows in the master bedroom were a little thin. Also, the jetted bathtub does not work. The dryer needs a little maintenance as it doesn't dry clothes very well. Also, it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and a pot holder. However, other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a nice temperature and the hot tub was relaxing. Being on the beach was really very relaxing and convenient. We would stay here again.

The fact that you are required to purchase a parking pass for $55 per vehicle seems a bit extreme in the off season when the garage is less than 50% full, and you can only purchase at the front desk if you are able to check in during business hours, but otherwise the property was great and enjoyable in all ways.

We had a great time at this condo! There is plenty of room and places to sleep. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the beach area was great also. We had no issue finding a parking space, and never waited on an elevator. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for cooking for a large group, but that is our only observation.

This was the ideal location for our family. We will certainly return!!!
