The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral,and all major theme parks.

Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and community grill.

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Stay was very nice, but parking for 2nd vehicle was terrible!!! No way close to enough parking. Only option given was to park at rental office … a 14 minute walk away?

Condo was a good layout for our family and it was very clean when we arrived. There was an issue with one if the showers which was quickly addressed by the management company.
