Redfish Village M1222 is a professionally decorated 3 Bedroom + Bunk Room, 3 Bathroom condo equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation! The master bedroom features an upgraded king bed, a large flatscreen TV, and double doors that open to the balcony. This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    The beach is beautiful and clean. The location is easy to access and convenient. The condo has a good layout and accommodates family and friends well. Redfish village is fairly well kept and has several nice amenities. Shuttle is very helpful when available. Pool was very clean and good temperature. There are gas grills available. Elevator is helpful too except it's not ventilated and kinda stuffy. The unit was in good shape but not spotless, so the cleanliness was okay. The starter supplies were stingy to be honest. We were disappointed at what all was initially made available (toilet papers, soap, other supplies, even trash bags). It doesn't cost much to buy these but inconvenient when we were just trying to maximize our time. All in all the location, beach, village and condo were very good, but the property management experience was a bit lacking.

    Redfish facility was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was very nice. The tub faucet in master bath was out of service when we arrived. However, we would not have used it anyway. Otherwise everything else was in working condition and well maintained. The only problem we encountered was that the code to the beach didn’t work and the manager of the property never returned our request for a working code. Instead we obtained a code from another guest. This is our second time at Redfish. The only other complaint was the crowded beach and the number of rental umbrellas that were put up without people using them making space VERY limited for private umbrella placement.
