Stayed Jun 14, 2025The location of the condo is perfect! Close to easy beach access with public restrooms right at the beach entrance. Easy to walk to restaurants. The condo is nice. When we arrived, there were still dishes on the counter from the previous guests as well as a dryer full of laundry. One of the bathrooms had dirty towels left from the previous tenants. Not the fault of the owner but made you question cleanliness. Location of bedrooms and bathrooms is great! Beds were not real comfortable but were fine for a short stay. Had an issue with ants in the kitchen but bought some ant traps which seemed to take care of the issue. I think its fairly common for a beach area. Was great that the host supplied beach tags! Very appreciated and nice to have some outdoor storage for our beach gear.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This rental was wonderful for our family. The set up works great with 4 full bathrooms and 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor with a private balcony and allows some peace and quiet when needed! The location of this unit is excellent. Walking distance to beach, downtown, Pickleball, basketball, playground. Last, you can go to bars and restaurants and walk home. An excellent value and clean, comfortable home.
