This is an upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, located at the east end of Phoenix VI's 7th floor. Since it is an end-unit, it has two balconies. A large front balcony with new chairs, loungers, and a table that overlooks the Gulf and a smaller rear balcony with 2 chairs and a lounger that overlooks the back-bay area of Orange Beach. The interior of the condo has tile throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops and upgraded cabinets. All of the major appliances, cookware, and utensils are there for the chef in your group. The large breakfast bar has four brown wooden stools with cushions that have images of palm trees. A large glass dining table is mounted on a light color rattan base and has four cushioned chairs on each side, plus two parson’s chairs at each end with palm tree images. The den furniture includes a beige sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, plus a beige leather recliner, two dark wooden end tables and a dark wooden coffee table. The large flatscreen TV sits on a dark wooden chest-of-drawers and a separate glass-top table holds an AM-FM, CD player stereo system. The master bedroom has a King-size bed with a white wooden pickled headboard, matching triple-drawer nightstands, and a six-drawer dresser that is topped with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. There is also a dark wooden armchair with a red cushion. The second bedroom has two Queen-size beds with white wood headboards, a triple-drawer dresser, and a six-drawer dresser that holds a flat screen TV. Bedroom three offers one Queen bed with a white wood and woven wicker headboard, two similar double-drawer nightstands, a six-drawer dresser that holds a flatscreen TV and a medium brown color rattan and woven wicker armchair that has a red seat cushion. The master bathroom and hallway bathrooms have the usual amenities, both being equipped with a tub-shower combo. *Please note: Phoenix VI is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas.
