A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 8 guest comfortably. This unit is new to the rental program and all furniture is brand new. No pets and non smoking.
