Gorgeous 2+Den! At the Pier/Beach! Panoramic Views!

Breathtaking view!

Parking was excellent. Pool was beautiful. Felt safe during stay.

The location was awesome. The condo itself is nice though a little rundown. The unpleasant experience was our interaction with Valerie, the property manager. She gave us the wrong code for the lockbox, after hours she finally got back to us with a few other codes to try, no apologies that we’d spent hours trying to get into the property. At one point the deadbolt to the property was rusted and stuck and the key wouldn’t open it. 2 of our party were locked in a d 3 of us were locked out. We finally called her for assistance, she was defensive and rude in trying to assist us. Said she lived hours away a d couldn’t do much. I asked that she please call a locksmith to help since we’re were locked in and out and she didn’t offer to do that either. Our conversation was not progressing and my party was quite frustrated so we ended the call and continued to try the key. After an hour more it finally gave and we didn’t use the lock for the rest of the trip. Our interactions with Valerie chalked this trip up to a negative experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The location of this condo was great! The unit was dated, but spacious and exactly what we needed. The second bathroom was a tight fit, but it was nice to have laundry in unit. We were traveling with a 3 week old baby (in town for a wedding) and were granted late check out which was very much appreciated!

There are definitely a few things that could be upgraded, the blinds are stuck/broken, some of the utensils like the can opener doesn’t work. The hand faucet in the master bathroom is ready to fall out. The pull out bed is not at all comfortable. The tiles on the outside tables are broken, there wasn’t a key to the front door, only the gate. BUT the view outweighed all of that! It is gorgeous!

Beautiful view of the ocean, in a central location. Easy waking distance to both the pier, and shops and restaurants. The place was clean and a great place to stay. Would book again!

Overall a 3/5 because the pull out bed was dirty with crumbs and smudge marks, toilet kept running all day/night, and there was glass in the carpet. Beautiful view from deck and close to beach!

Cant imagine a better location or a smoother experience. will recommend to my friends who are visiting the area.

Valerie's place was fantastic . An ideal location close to the beach with the added bonus of the pool suited us perfectly. The house itself had everything we needed.

Condo was nice and conveniently located to the beech. Main living area was quite nice with beautiful views of the ocean but the bathrooms could use an upgrade. A few general maintenance things as well.

We had everything we needed, and above all (the view and location was amazing. Our family lives in San Clemente and they were so happy for us that we had such a prime location, if you're a local, you know how nice it is just to walk to the beach. We hope to rent this condo again!!

We loved our stay!! The location is wonderful! It's right by the beach, restaurants and a trolly stop that takes you around town. The property was lovely and we really enjoyed the condo!

Great view of the ocean and city, walking distance to all of the restaurants both at the beach and Avenida Del Mar [5 min walk]. You really don't need a car. Additionally, there is a free trolly that stops right outside the gate of the complex. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has all the cooking supplies you will need if you feel like cooking. Hot tub + heated pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. The grounds are kept very nice, the complex is very quiet. We hope to be back soon!
