Gorgeous 2BR with Gulf Views and Complimentary Beach Service

We had THE best stay! We had issues the first day with construction crews taking over the balcony and covering all views from it. The owners were amazing and let us stay in their 3-bedroom condo and it was absolutely PERFECT!! The level of professionalism they had for our family was the best we could ask for!!

This is our third year back to Miramar Beach and second year back to Mediterranea. Very relaxing and absolutely phenomenal view of the gulf! Becky, our contact for this unit, has been wonderful as well!

Always like staying at this location. Condo was ok but I’ve stayed in better at this location. There were No pot holders in kitchen, pans were ready to be replaced because everything would stick. Lighting was lacking and a/c quit working but it was fixed. Oven took forever to warm up.

My husband and I had a great stay. The beach is beautiful with a wonderful view from the condo. We walked to several restaurants in the area, which was a plus not to have to drive. The condo had everything we needed and Becky was extremely nice. I can’t think of one improvement needed. We plan to be back next year.

The stay was great but, once again, we have no feed back on why are not getting our deposit back. This would be appreciated! Thank you!

Beautiful property. Good location.

We love the Meditteranea, the location is phenomenal. The private beach is perfect and being in close proximity to Pompano Joe’s is a plus too. We stayed in 509d for our second time. The unit is lovely and the view is wonderful. The condo is nicely decorated but is a little over crowded with too many furniture and decor pieces, which takes up too much of the floor space. The master bedroom closets are junked up with unused bedding and decor pillows, pantry closet crowded too. The light under the microwave is out and there isn’t any under the counter lights making the cook area too dark. We had two wash clothes for the condo, no oven mitts, pot holders or dish towels in the kitchen. One of the lights are out over the kitchen table too. These issues are easy to address and hopefully they will appreciate the review.

Windows & dinning table could have been cleaner

The Mediterranea is a great location along Miramar Beach. Easy beach access, large pool and hot tub. The unit was clean, comfortable and pretty well stocked for cooking. Becky, the property manager, was helpful and responsive when we had questions or concerns.
