Gorgeous 2BR downtown condo near EVERYTHING!

Great place! Good location and spotless! Will stay here again. If you stay here, eat at The Green Beetle across the street.

A great location. So handy to everything. A short walk to Beale St, but far enough that you don’t hear the night life. The host is excellent at communication and supplies you with all the information you need for a great stay. Would definitely book again, it’s clean, comfortable and exactly what it looks like on the photos. 10/10

This condo really is gorgeous and we loved staying here. It's set up for guest comfort and ease, and the owner has an amazing website of his own with excellent recommendations for food, music, and culture. You don't need a car if you stay here, you can literally walk everywhere that matters. I'd stay here again in a hot minute!

great place and great location

This apartment was super! We were quite literally stunned when we opened the door. The communications from the owner and the planning and prep they put in were just absolutely great. We had absolutely no problems. This is located SOOOO close to Beale Street and other attractions like the Civil Rights Museum. I didn't even know that Memphis had street cars--but they street car line is right at the end of the block! The parking lot is gated and you have assigned spots! So, if you have just one car you will never lack parking here! The washer and dryer in the apartment meant we could catch up on laundry easily while still getting our sightseeing in!

Very nice and very comfortable condo in a historic building. Love the brick! They left a little Christmas tree for us to enjoy during our stay. J.R. was very helpful and quick to respond. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, museums, and the river.

This place was so comfy and fun. I felt safe. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds slept well. Lots of coffee provided and all the other usual amenities. Its a great location for downtown with easy access to lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful! Communication was perfect! Anything that you needed was supplied. Walking distance to everything! Great food nearby. Only thing beyond JR’s control was the gate to the parking. Make sure to listen for the beeps when you push the numbers.

The property was exactly as advertised. perfect accommodations. I can't imagine a better location for Beale, the civil right museum and the waterfront. All easy safe walks. Main st appears to be undergoing a renaissance, which will make it even beter

This was a great place to stay, very clean and a great location. Easy walk to the river walk area, Beale Street, and don't forget Gus's chicken.

One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. The condo was well stocked. Walking distance to everything.

Easy to access great, comfy 2 bedroom condo. Just a few blocks to Beale street, though we walked to places much further than that. Had the best communication with this property manager than any other place we have stayed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our accommodations were over the moon we couldn’t have picked up more pleasant place to stay. We definitely will be coming back.

Ideally located close to centre a 5 my walk away. Nice touch from owner leaving lots of cold bottles of water. Only downside we found which was entirely down to us was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom so with 4 adults it was a bit frustrating for showers and toilet visits. But the position fully made up for any disappointment we initially had.

This was the perfect location for our family to stay at to be close to downtown Memphis. The apartment was very clean and worked perfectly for our needs.

Great location within walking distance to Beale Street and tons of restaurants. Just as pictured in a cute historic building. We really appreciated the little extras like the bottled water, mints and coffee. Highly recommend!

Opening the door you are greeted by a clean fresh scent and a beautifully decorated space. We loved it! Everything you may need it has! We walked down Main Street for lunch and museums. Then to Beale st. We will book again.

Worked out GREAT. Walked to Beale St/Gus’s Fried Chicken/Civil rights museum/riiver. Perfect location. Loved the Birthday Welcome basket. Owner was very accommodating; we got to town in morning (took Amtrak, also walkable to station) and he allowed us in early so we all took naps?. Very well stocked. A ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom would be nice but we found a box fan to use. Loved the gated parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay in the heart of everything.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy condo. I love the exposed brick and being within walking distance of a lot of places. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. JR was informative and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Only a 10 min walk from Beale St. and about the same to the National Civil Rights Museum. Also a few blocks from a gorgeous riverfront park with trails. Also has gated parking. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We would stay here again.
