Gorgeous 2BD/2BA Condo... Location, Location.. Oceanfront - 25 steps to the sand

Condo was as advertised: on side of building with no direct vision of beach but could see some ocean if standing on porch. Big plus having beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided. Would most definitely stay there again.

This was a great place for 2 couples. Good location, easy access to beach, clean and lots of space. I loved how you walked onto the deck before accessing the condo - this was great for coming back from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Just as pictured & described. A beautifully remodeled condo with easy access to the beach. Check in & out was easy and Pamela’s communication was great. We had a wonderful time and would book again.

It was very nice for the first time in North Mrtyle beach. Condo was perfect for four ppl. It had everything you needed. It was super close to the beach and it was clean and cozy. We will be definitely coming back.

My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO’s in many locations and this one was the best ever. The owners were so warm and friendly and made communication easy. The unit itself was extra clean and had every possible thing one could want or need. Not many owners supple beach towels and chairs. There were both available here. All modern appliances and comfortable bedding. The description is not exaggerating when it says all you need is sunscreen. Wbums ansand.

Just finished a few nights at the beach. This condo is great -- clean, beautifully decorated, everything you could need and literally steps from the beach. Responsive communication with the host. We would definitely return. As a bonus the weather was lovely for February!

We really enjoyed our four day getaway at your beautiful condo. It was decorated very nice and was so clean. We loved how short a walk it was to the beach. Also loved that it was close to many nice restaurants. Just a short drive to Broadway on the Beach. Would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with our stay. 3 adults and 1 child stayed over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was close to so many things and different options so it was easy to get out and do stuff. Being beachfront was so relaxing and helpful as it was easy to go out to the beach for just short amounts of time since we were there in the late fall and it was chilly.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. Loved the location (walk right out to the beach and quiet neighborhood). Loved the shower, comfortable bed .. will definitely stay here again ! Host was very accommodating.

This condo is perfect for a getaway! Located on the beach, it was super easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. The condo is welcoming and has everything you need! Check in was effortless; communications with the owners was easy. They could not have made us feel more welcome! We will definitely book with them again.

Ocean wasn’t visible to see as sitting on the porch….the room is on the side, not in front facing the ocean. Very disappointing. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to get in and out of.

This is our second year staying at this condo. The extras that are provided with this condo make it perfect!

We had a great stay, however; we went with another couple and there was no parking for them. Only 1 space per room. Very disappointing because we did not know in advance. The HOA president was very kind and went far and beyond to help. The room was nice and the porch was so nice.

The condo was in a nice area, steps aways from the beach. It was clean and the owners were very responsive.

Condo was clean and everything was as advertised. So close to the beach. Love that it is on the first floor. This made it so much easier to move things in. It is in a smaller section of condos so there is no waiting on elevators. We had the pool to ourselves while we were there. We had 4 adults and were very comfortable here.

Very clean . everything that you possibly need in the kitchen! Host very responsive !! Location is great and very quiet !
