Gorgeous 2 BR Penthouse in the Heart of the City

Nice property, friendly hosts. Check in process not super easy as someone has to meet you there. We arrived to Seattle a few hours before the unit was ready so we dropped our bags at a nearby business (not possible to drop bags at condo) then explored the city. Once the unit was ready, I received a lot of texts asking when I could check in. I just felt pressured to go to the unit so that whoever was helping with check in could go home for the day.

Host was very friendly and responsive!! Full kitchen, pack n play and parking were convenient amenities for traveling with a baby. We didn’t use them, but they did even have 2 umbrella strollers in the closet as well. Convenient location for walking to Seattle city center, Olympic sculpture park, pike place market, etc. The unit is quite a bit more warn than anticipated or photos show - carpets are really warn down and stained, walls are beat up, bathroom vanity is stained, shower head is leaking, etc etc. The living room furniture is wildly uncomfortable and the AC is 2 portable window units and fans that cannot keep up with the summer heat. The unit was quite warm during our July stay. Overall it was a convenient location but I was disappointed with the quality of the unit given the price we paid.

Good location for Pike place and downtown Seattle. Well equipped apartment. Downsides were, noisy due to AC unit being a cut out on window and not sealed, stains on carpet and unfortunately only 1 toilet roll that ran out with no extras available.

Loved this property and its location. Within walking distance to many popular sites. The space was clean and nicely maintained. We had the best time and would recommend!

We loved this 2 bedroom apartment in Belltown, extremely convenient to everything downtown. We are 4 adults and there was plenty of space to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked. We parked our car when we arrived and walked the city until we left. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze. We will be back!

A short trip to Seattle, 2 nights, for the Seahawks game. Unit is in a great location: close to downtown, easy to walk to, and lots of amenities close by. We were able walk everywhere. Condo was as advertised, checkin was very easy and the hosts provided clear communication. Unit was fairly clean except for some stains on the carpet. We had trouble with the venting on one of the AC units and this took some work to re-attach. Check out was very easy. Would stay again.

This was the perfect location for our family to explore all the adventure in downtown Seattle. With just a short walk to all the iconic sites, our family of five was able to comfortably stay in a spacious downtown condo. Our stay was comfortable and the condo was perfectly decorated, offering everything we needed. The owners communicated all the details to make check in and our stay easy and carefree! We couldn’t be happier with the location, accuracy of the condo expectations and friendliness of the owners.

This condo was a great launch pad for all of our family’s activities! We were able to walk everywhere. Neighborhood was a little noisy and the windows were open because we had awesome weather but we chalked that up to big city living.
