Everything is within a peaceful, pedestrian-friendly walk alongside the waterfalls of Falls Park like shopping, fabulous dining, and loads of entertainment.
The space
Wonderful location! And free parking! This area is shady and breezy with wide sidewalks making it a pleasant stroll to see and do whatever you want — riverfront gardens, waterfall views, nature walks, coffee shops, breakfast spots, breweries, and eateries on the water — all a part of a good, downtown vibe with live music and artistic venues. Like to shop Come on down. Or in town on business It won’t feel like work in this town! And after it all, relax in one of our stylish, contemporary condos each featuring a large kitchen, complimentary wifi, widescreen smart TVs, and more. There is a digital lock pad to gain access to the building as well as another digital lock code to enter the condo.
Other things to note:
Sometimes on the weekends the music can be heard from the restaurant below or maybe “street noise as well. Guests have reported it helpful in using a white noise machine which we have in the bedrooms as well as a box fan, if needed.

Parking: There is one complimentary parking pass for a reserved parking space in the onsite parking lot. We suggest for guests that have an additional vehicle to park it within walking distance at the Embassy Suites parking garage or the Hall's Chophouse parking deck. These both are operated by the City of Greenville with the rate being $7.24 for 24 hours. Furthermore, street-side parking near the condo is subject to availability and free on weekends.

    We loved this property. The only issue was with noise from the restaurant downstairs. Weekend nights were noisy but otherwise a great stay.

    Great host, very cool condo, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only negative comment is that the unit is directly over a restaurant/bar, and that place is hopping, on the weekends especially. Pounding sub woofer until after 1am.

    The location was perfect. There is a convenience store that sells fast food & a food court across the street. Breakfast place really close. The place was clean. It is over a restaurant so its loud till about 1am on weekends but it didn't really bother us.

    Location was perfect for our Greenville visit. Apartment was very nice, clean, Parking, however, was very inconvenient. We had two vehicles, four adults and the property offered only one parking space. There are a couple of things the owner can do, if I may offer, to make the property more attractive. Water pressure in the back bedroom was extremely low and there was very little hot water in the shower. That needs to be fixed. And a set of new bath towels would go a long way.
