Stayed Dec 21, 2023We felt at home in this comfortable, well furnished well equipped condo, where we stayed for 2 months. Phil is friendly and responsive. The area is safe and superb for walking, and it has the only 'really good park' we've found in Boca and Deerfield Beach. The only caveat is that for long term stays one bedroom doesn't have much wifi and you'll have to work with yours and the local post office for timely mail delivery should you need it, though Amazon delivery worked fine.

Stayed Dec 19, 2021The place on the outside looks run down but the inside is nicer than expected. There have been updates made to the inside. Everything worked well and I had a great experience besides the bugs. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom sink area and I found fleas across the apartment (which the landlord said were just ants…). Nevertheless, they sent out an exterminator quickly and resolved the issue. The landlords are extremely attentive and responsive and live close to the property which is nice.
