Good Times and Tan Lines!

The condo was just what we needed

The property was perfect! Beautiful view, full kitchen, comfortable beds

Cleanliness of the condo was great the pigeons in the balcony were gross but comes with location to restaurants and people. Weather was awful but we had a great time playing games indoors and spending f time together.

It was great. Parking was a little difficult at times but overall it was good.

The unit was not clean at all. The bottoms of our feet turned black after walking barefoot for 5 minutes. There were food crumbs on the floor of EVERY room. There was hair all over the bathroom. The waterslide was broken and finding chairs at the pool was impossible. People, mainly housekeeping staff, letting doors slam behind them at all hours of the day and night. Now that all of the bad is out of the way, time for the good. The location was very convenient to getting to the airport, nightlife, waterpark, etc. The beach is no drive which was nice. It is also just a few steps away. The pool complex and bar were great except for the lack of chairs and broken waterslide. Every member of the staff we had contact with was very nice and helpful. Kids activities were awesome and included face painting, meet the gator, popsicles, donuts, dive in movies, etc. Overall, would have given a very high rating if not for the lack of cleanliness.

This is our hot spot every year and our favorite place to stay with our family!! There is so much to do (perfect location) the resort is super friendly and on top of things! I never have any issues. We have been coming to this resort for the past 10 years! It’s our fav!

Only problem was the weather didn’t cooperate. This is the first time the weather was bad like it was. But when it did stop it was great. I wish there a hdcp toilet for us old folk that can’t get up and down so easy. Other then everything was great and would love staying there again.

Great stay overall, clean and wonderful communication throughout. Perfect spot to stay for cheer nationals.

Our unit was impeccably clean and nicer than expected. The only issue we encountered was that we booked for 7 people in a unit that allows up to 8, however, the property only allows for one vehicle per unit in their main parking garage. We had to pay $20/night to park our second vehicle in a separate garage and walk down the street in the pouring rain to our unit (just a heads up if you have a large group and are meeting up with friends or family.) Otherwise our stay was perfect and I would absolutely use this host in the future.

Accomodations were very nice. And the bed was awesome !-i slept so well ! Nearby restaurants and shops a plus especially when the weather wasn't good.
