Stayed Jun 16, 2023Asked for ocean front. Told okay we will note that in computer. Not ocean front. No way we were getting ocean front. They shouldn’t say “okay we will put that in the computer”. They should say the odds aren’t likely you will get an ocean front do you still want to stay? We were put on a list at the hotel but we were 23rd. Sounds like a lot of people were told the same bad information.
