Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio. 

Starter Amenities:
We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, Dawn dish soap, 10–12 dishwasher tabs, 10–12 laundry pods, a box of trash bags, and a small coffee setup with either 2–2.5 oz packs of ground coffee or 4 Keurig pods (depending on the property), along with 4–5 coffee creamers and sugar packets.

Rental Agreement:

    The condo was nice and clean. However quite a few of the upstairs outlets do not work, and the upstairs stays quite hot. Had to use fans to make it cool enough to sleep.

    The unit is advertised as a three bedroom, prior to booking we asked questions and understood that it was a loft in the master bedroom, however, the loft has only one vent, that doesn’t blow much air, and was about 85-90 degrees. The fans in the condo had an inch of dust on them. There was also a broken bed in the loft. The maintenance team responded quickly twice and brought an effective fan that at least cooled the room enough for our kids to sleep. The beach was easy to get to, the pool was clean and refreshing, the neighbors were quiet.

    It was amazing and unforgettable! My family was able to enjoy the holidays in perfect peace and happiness. Not to mention, the beautiful lake/ ocean views.

    Quiet even though it’s spring break time. Very clean condo. We were visiting family so we didn’t spend alot of time in the condo other then to sleep.
